Shipping policy
Every order ships from our warehouse in Berlin. Clear rates, full tracking, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
When you'll get your order
- Most orders — 2 to 5 business days. The item is in stock at our Berlin hub and goes straight to the carrier.
- Some orders — 8 to 14 business days. The item needs to be transferred to Berlin from one of our partner warehouses before it ships out to you.
You'll see the expected delivery time at checkout — before you confirm your order, not after.

All rates are flat per order. VAT is already included in product prices.

From order to shipment
- Orders placed on a business day are processed within 24 hours.
- Parcels leave Berlin the next business day.
- We don't process or ship on weekends and German public holidays — orders placed Friday evening go out on Monday or Tuesday.
UPS and DHL across the EU
Every parcel is sent with a tracked service:
- Germany: DHL Paket or UPS Standard
- Rest of the EU: UPS Standard, parcels up to 2–3 kg
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is registered in the carrier system. Tracking usually shows the first scan within a few hours of dispatch.
No surprises at checkout
- All prices on the website include VAT.
- The total at checkout is the final price — shipping included, nothing added later.
- All orders ship inside the EU from Berlin. No customs duties, no extra fees when your parcel arrives.
Need to change something?
- Change of address. Email support@getapy.com with your order number. We can adjust the address as long as the parcel hasn't left Berlin — usually within the first 24 hours.
- Cancellation before shipment. Contact us before the order ships and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
- Right of withdrawal (EU law). You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it for any reason. See our Returns page for the full process.
If something goes wrong
Most parcels arrive on time. When they don't, here's what to do:
- Tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days — email support@getapy.com with your order number. We'll open a case with the carrier within one business day.
- Parcel marked as delivered but you don't see it — check with neighbours and your local pick-up point first, then contact us. We'll request a delivery investigation from the carrier.
- Parcel arrived damaged — keep the packaging and email us photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund you.
